The Pine Island Baby Closet helps families of preemies, newborns, babies, and toddlers to age 15-months that find themselves in financial difficulty. We will help meet the physical needs of babies by providing clothing, formula, and diapers. The closet will be available to families that live within a 15-mile radius of Pine Island, but we will work to help all families that come to us in need of assistance.

Many of us involved at the Pine Island United Methodist Church know about the ministry taking place in Sierra Leone and the work being done by Pastor Judith Banya. What some people do not know is that there is more great work taking place in the city of Bo; the second largest city in Sierra Leone. Bo is located about 4 hours away from Baiwalla.
